Battle of the Bars is the world’s premier professional calisthenics competition, set to be held for the first time ever at Dubai Muscle Show 2019!
Organised by the World Calisthenics Organisation and Gravity DXB, the event will feature the world’s best calisthenics athletes coming from across the globe to compete in the 2-day event.
The competition will begin on 6th December until 7th December. And demonstrations, open workshops and training sessions will be held at Dubai Muscle Show on the 5th December.

Dubai Pole Cup
Bringing together the pole and fitness industry for a day of pure beauty, art and creativity Dubai Pole Cup is the Middle Easts first and only pole competition. Bringing together the pole and fitness industry for a day of pure beauty, art and creativity Dubai Pole Cup is the Middle Easts first and only pole competition. With over 40 international and national athletes participating in our 2017 event the Dubai Pole Cup met great success drawing in one of the largest crowds at the Dubai Muscle Show.
Pole the Sport – Pole combines elements of gymnastics, dance and acrobatics requiring a broad skill set and great physical and mental exertion. The athlete has to have tremendous amounts of strength and endurance in order to deadlift, hold and spin the body. A high degree of flexibility is needed to contort, post, demonstrate lines and execute techniques through gravity defying tricks.
The Dubai Pole Cup offers a choice of 5 categories for its athletes.

Emirates Strength brings you Middle East’s Strongest Man and Woman 2019 at the Dubai Muscle Show .
Athletes both male and female will battle it out to find out who is the strongest beast in the Middle East .
Split over 4 categories (Open, Under 105kg , Under 90kg and Female class) the athletes will battle it out over 5 robust and classic strongman events.

• All supporting equipment is allowed.
• The competition is split into four separate weight categories: Open, Under 105kgs , Under 90kgs and Female.

SQUAT WOLF – Max Reps Challenge
Put all your hard work in the gym to the test and win up to AED 999 in the MAX REPS Challenge. These contests will be held at SQUAT WOLF stand. There is no rule preventing the same person from winning all 4 contests: so start training NOW!
The name says it all, whoever completes the most judge approved reps wins AED 500 in cold hard CASH, SQUAT WOLF Merch and gift pack from Protein Bar!
Open to all male & female attendees, there are four different events you can compete in during the weekend. Each event will crown its own winner live on stage with AED 500 cash prize. In the event of a tie, the competitor to have gone last can determine if they want to split the money with the other person, or compete in a tie breaker round. If the tie occurs for the overall title, the names of each event will be put into a box with the host blindly selecting one event for the two to go head to head in a winner takes all final round!
RULES: All Competitors must PRE-REGISTER at the SQUAT WOLF Booth, located at the Dubai Muscle Show.
Competitors will only be allowed to compete ONE TIME per each event. No Coaches will be allowed in or around competitors.
ALL JUDGES COUNTS & DECISIONS ARE FINAL! ANYONE THAT CHALLENGES JUDGES DECISIONS WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION.

FULL DAYS OF COMPETITIONS
Dubai Muscle Show will host the Emirates Weightlifting Championship 2019, in partnership with the Emirates Weightlifting Federation.
The competition will feature some of the best amateur weightlifters from across the Middle East with both men and women competing over 7 different categories.
Action will take place from 10am to 7pm on each day of Dubai Muscle Show, with a record number of weightlifters stepping forward to battle in front of the thousands of Dubai Muscle Show spectators.
This is the ultimate amateur contest for any weightlifter in the region looking to prove themselves at the Middle East’s premier fitness event.
